Present your company and products in your exhibitor profile at the ITB Berlin Virtual Market Place. The Virtual Market® place serves as a research platform for all visitors – long before ITB Berlin starts, it is the place for your online presence. During the trade show, the website’s interactive map of the exhibition grounds is linked with your Virtual Market Place® profile, making it easier for visitors to find you.
Your online entry as a company within the online catalogue is your business card. Update your exhibitor profile to be easily found.
Plus: Add individual contact persons within your profile and communicate with over 7.000 trade visitors that have registered within the ITB Networking Tool: www.virtualmarket.itb-berlin.de/en/networkers

At our website you can find an additional list which features different directories and research platforms in other source markets. ITB Berlin online tickets include a QR code which contains your visitors’ data. During meetings, you can use your mobile phone to scan and save the data. For a reliable scan, we recommend the free QR Code Reader “n-igma” for iOS (Apple) and android (Google). Other QR Code Readers partially do not show company details.
Use contact points during the trade show
Always be open for new contacts: In ITB Berlin Convention panels and workshops and in other settings as well, e.g. on the shuttle bus, at press conferences, waiting in line for food, etc.
Use simple materials to use the customers at your stand for free advertising for your company. Include free, eye-catching bags with your logo and hall/stand number when you give out advertising materials – this will attract other potential customers to your stand.

Advertize your ITB participation with the ITB Logo + your hall/stand number
Take the offensive and advertise your participation as an ITB Berlin exhibitor with the ITB logo,and do not forget to include your hall and stand number. For instance, you can add a banner in the email boilerplate or use your Social Media channels and your website to invite visitors to your stand.

Invitation campaigns with ticket vouchers
Activate your network, partners and inactive customers with admission vouchers. What’s good about it: In addition to a handling fee, you only get billed for vouchers which are actually redeemed.
