Our Travel Service

Arriving in Berlin without stress, reaching the Exhibition grounds quickly and easily, and finding suitable accommodation: We have put together for you the most important transport links, our list of partner hotels and many useful tips about the German capital.

Additional useful information, e.g. about parking and the ITB Berlin Shuttle Service, is available in two separate areas for Trade Visitors and – in German only -the General Public. We wish you a good trip and an eventful stay in Berlin!

Parking lot Olympischer Platz<> Entrance South

6-10 March: 8 am - 7 pm

The busses go every 15 minutes.

Tegel Airport <> Entrance South

5-10 March

Departure Airport Tegel : 8 am – 5:15 pm
Entrance South : 11:30 am – 7 pm

In the morning and in the evening the buses go every 30 minutes.
From 12 - 4 pm the busses go every hour.

Duration on average 20-30 minutes

Our city bus shuttle line A takes you fast and comfortable from the City Center East to the ITB Berlin venue, Entrance South.

Please note that the stops are not marked as ITB Berlin stops. The busses stop at the regular bus stops of the Berlin public transport system.

Bus-Stop 2: Train station S+U Bahnhof Potsdamer Platz (Leipziger Platz)

In the morning:

6 - 8 March: from 8:10 - 10 am, every 20 minutes

Our city bus shuttle line B takes you fast and comfortable from the City Center West to the ITB Berlin venue, Entrance South.

The ITB Hotel Shuttle is your fast and direct connection to ITB Berlin in the morning (Entrance South). In the evening the busses will bring you back to your hotel or into the city. Further information is available in the partner hotels of the ITB Hotel Shuttle. You will receive the timetable and the necessary shuttle ticket in your hotel. Please find all partner hotels here.

Entrance South <> Arena Berlin, Treptow

Only on 8 March: 12 – 4:30 pm

The shuttles leave about every 30 minutes.

On the Exhibition Grounds, our ITB Fairground Shuttle will bring you in comfort from hall to hall. The shuttle stops can be found on the Map of the Exhibition Grounds.

6 – 9 March: 9 am – 7:30 pm
10 March: 9 am – 6 pm

Entrance Ost:

Entrance Süd:

  • Train Station (S3, S9)

Climate-Conscious Travel

We are very concerned about the environment. That’s why ITB Berlin has compensated for all of the emissions created by its business travel flights since 2008. Have you as well? With our partner atmosfair you can make your travel to the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show carbon neutral, and your compensation for the CO2 emissions of your flights will go towards UN-certified climate protection projects.

You, too, can contribute to environmental protection! atmosfair will give you a CO2 certificate and a donation receipt. For information about the projects and an emissions calculator, go to www.atmosfair.de.

Offset your flight emissions

In cooperation with our climate partner atmosfair, we offer to offset the CO2 emissions of your flights in UN-certified carbon offset projects. You'll receive an offset certificate issued by atmosfair.
